How it works

Record it.
Then resolve it.

SettleMe records claims in a structured way, gives the other party a fair chance to respond, and helps both sides settle. We do not determine guilt and we are not a court or a law firm.

A SettleMe case, step by step

  1. 1

    Verify who you are

Only KYC-verified users can activate a case. You can act personally or as an authorised representative of a company.

  2. 2

    Tell us what happened

Who the complaint is against, what happened, the amounts involved and what outcome you want.

  3. 3

    Upload your evidence

Invoices, receipts, contracts, chats, transfers, delivery notes, photos, videos, audio and signed documents.

  4. 4

    We run integrity checks

Identity, duplicates, evidence and wording are checked. High-risk claims go to manual review before anything is sent.

  5. 5

    Demand notice goes out

A professional notice is generated in your name and delivered by email, WhatsApp, courier or print, with tracking.

  6. 6

    Seven-day response window

Reminders on day 3 and day 5. The respondent can pay, part pay, propose a plan, offer a settlement, dispute, reject or request information.

  7. 7

    Resolve or escalate

Accept, counter, or authorise professional recovery assistance. Unresolved complaints may become eligible for the Register after review.
