By using SettleMe you agree that the platform is a documentation and communication tool. SettleMe does not guarantee recovery of any amount claimed and does not act as your legal representative.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. Submitting false claims, harassing debtors or misusing the platform may result in account suspension and removal.
