All cases on SettleMe are private. There is no public debtor listing, no blacklist and no naming and shaming.

SettleMe does not send automatic WhatsApp messages, publish cases on social media, or notify employers or family members.

Debtor portals are accessible only via a private, unique URL shared by the creditor.
